Note to Self .

REMEMBER;

remember that it's okay to get upset over stupid and trivial things. It's okay to get mad at yourself, to be upset at whatever isn't going your way, to feel like you aren't enough - but don't you dare hurt yourself for it. Don't put yourself in a position where your heart is on the unsteady wire. It could bounce off and shatter into a million pieces at any given moment and you've already worked too hard, and too long, piecing it back together too often. You are a special person; you're YOU, and you can only give the world what you have to offer. Always remember that what you have is much different from another person. You're special, remarkable and one of a kind. It's okay to feel like you aren't, but always remember that you are.

THINK;

think of all the good things that you've done and everything that you've accomplished. You can't just leave all of that behind, what you've done in this life is far too original and important to be forgotten about. Think about all of the people you've touched and the differences that you've made in their lives. Any word of yours could have changed their state of mind, their train of thought or their way of heart. You don't really know who you've touched in this life, and you don't know how many lives you've impacted. but just think about the good that you've done for your friends, family, and even random strangers. Think about the little things that you could have said and done that may have provided some sort of comfort to all of these people. You done good for others, and you've done good for yourself and without you, who'll be there to touch the lives of this people again?

KNOW;

know that while you may not think you're enough or the best, know that you are. You are enough, and you are so much more in other people's lives. There are people on this earth who love you dearly; there are people on this earth who adore, admire and respect you. Just as much as you adore, admire and respect others. Yes, there are people who have so much respect for you. There are people who think that you are a ray of sunshine in this life of chaos. You bring joy, smiles, happiness, and warmth to certain people; don't forget that. Don't let trivial things get in the way of your happiness. You are allowed to feel sad. You are allowed to feel, know that you are a human being; know that you are special, one of a kind and that you will be missed. You are missed on a daily basis by the people who don't have a chance to be next to you that day, you know. There are people who look forward to seeing your smile, hearing your voice and digesting your words. Know that you are an incredible human being; you are wonderful in your own way. Now wipe your tears - it's okay to cry, but that smile of yours is so much prettier.

I love you.

Flawed .

 We are each embodied with our own flaws, everything around us is flawed; the seas floor is riddled with bumps and imperfections. The rivers, lakes, oceans, waterfalls, and even the streets and sidewalks that we walk upon; they're all flawed. We are too afraid to accept the fact that we are flawed. Every bump, scratch and misplacement calls for a fleeting reason. Reasons that we come up with on the spot to distract away from the things we're insecure about when it comes to ourselves. There's nothing to be ashamed of when it comes to who you are, who you want to be or what you want to do because you are your own person, and the world lives for you. We are works of art. We are masterpieces, framed photographs, sculptures put on display behind glass cases that are locked shut. We don't believe we are great. We're flawed, imperfect and will probably never amount to even half of the person we want to be. We chastise and scold ourselves in fear of giving people the wrong impression based on the demeanor of our faces. We're afraid to show others our true selves in fear of becoming a blemish of a flawless realm of society. You are not flawless. You are flawed, and your flaws are worth something; something more than you'll ever know.
